Our Morning Walk

Wow, I feel as if I've accomplished a lot today (granted I still need to work, shh). This morning, about an hour after the girls boarded the bus Little A and I went for a walk. Today is Wednesday, which normally means our local paper has the coupons in it from the previous Sunday...but ours didn't for some reason today. (sad face here)
The intention for our walk was so I could deposit some

Car Died: Searching For Autoparts Now

Okay, as many of you know the car we bought umm about 6 months ago or less broke down last week on the side of the highway. OUCH right? Or should it be just our luck? Either way, we got it towed to the house on Friday and later that afternoon we found out the timing belt needs replaced.

Well, what's anyone do these days with a computer? You get online and begin searching for auto parts and hope

Wordless Wednesday: Dressing Themselves

My son is turning three later this month and has been trying to be a big boy. As you can see he got himself dressed before heading out for the snow yesterday. One problem, it is backwards and the shirt is also inside out. But he tried...gotta love him for that. :)
Happy Wordless Wednesday!!

First Nature Walk of the Year

Well with all this perfect weather we've been experiencing (haha) I took advantage of no snow and clouds and Little A and I took to the outdoors. Of course it is still just a bit too cold so we had to bundle u, once jackets were on we went out front and had to stop to play in the snow. In the pictures you'll notice what looks to be slush, don't let it fool you...it is treacherous ice and loves to

You Meet The Sweetest People Here!

You meet the sweetest people in blogland.  I received this package from Judi at Cranberry Blossoms the other day.

She said she saw it and immediately thought of me.
Does that ever happen to you when you are out shopping?  We might not meet in real life, but we know each others likes and dislikes, just as if we have been best friends since childhood.

Thank you Judi!  You are so sweet and thoughtful!  I love them....

I also received these fabulous French Fleur de Lis gift bags in the mail.
Aren't they wonderful?  I won them in a giveaway that Lisa of Pickles and Cheese had.  She is going to be selling these in her ETSY shop, I believe.

It's snowing again today....It is beautiful....
Hurry Up Spring!
